How the score works
A pro appraiser prices what cannot be earned again first, then what can be bought, then what can be farmed. Three numbers, three questions.
- Irreplaceable
- Points. Legendary-tier mount 500, Epic 150, Rare 60, Uncommon 20, everything else 2. Titles: Legendary 400, Epic 150, Rare 50. Achievements named Realm First, Cutting Edge, Ahead of the Curve, Keystone Master/Hero, Gladiator, Hero of the Horde/Alliance add 25–200 each. Achievement points add 1 per 100.
- Replacement cost
- What Blizzard would charge to hand you the parts again: a level boost per max-level character ($60), half a boost per character between 60 and max, store mounts and store pets at list price ($25 / $10), the six-month-sub and promo mounts at the price of the thing they came with. This is a scoring device, not a price tag — see the note below.
- Rebuild time
- Play hours to re-farm what is still farmable: Rare mounts 40h, Uncommon 10h, Common 1.5h, each max-level pet 0.5h, each toy 0.4h, each Exalted rep 6h, current M+ rating 30h per 1000, item level 25h per 20 above 600.
- Not counted
- Gold, Warbank, Trader's Tender and transmog appearances — the public APIs do not expose them, and this page never asks you to type anything but a character name. Gladiator/Rank-14 titles are scored by name, so a modern 2400-rating "Gladiator" and a 2005 "Grand Marshal" score the same.
